Despite often being shown with a playful smile, Mukuro is seemingly apathetic to the suffering of others. Appearing as the series' first antagonist, Mukuro is not averse to disposing of those who get in his way and is not easily intimidated, usually speaking to others in a very direct and arrogant manner. He cares little for others, and simply considers people to be "toys" or "tools" he can sacrifice in order to get what he wants.However, despite claiming that people are just toys, he seems to tolerate both Ken and Chikusa, and even protects them when need be, though he does not directly do so in front of them.
Future Mukuro in Prison
He later sacrifices himself in order for Ken and Chikusa to safely escape from the Vendicare, and he also agrees to be the Guardian of the Mist in exchange for the two's safety.
Mukuro, along with Ken and Chikusa, is implied to have a strong dislike for the entire Mafia underground, possibly due in part to the experimentations he suffered as a child. However, not only does he have the desire to destroy the entire Mafia, he also wants to invoke world suffering by starting a world war, claiming to want to cleanse the world with darkness.
Even after becoming the Mist Guardian, Mukuro still claims to no longer be part of the Mafia, having been exiled from it, and continues to view the organization with great contempt, though he now prefers to avoid any involvement with them. Mukuro is also quite knowledgeable of the Mafia's dark secrets, possibly even the secret behind the Arcobaleno, a group of the Mafia's most powerful infant hitmen.

Ability: The Trident was the main weapon of Mukuro Rokudo and Chrome Dokuro. The trident was used for hand-to-hand combat and to aid them in their illusions. It can tear into others illusions with it's three spikes. During the Kokuyo Arc, Mukuro used his Trident to create a "pact" between whomever he wished to use the his Second Realm on when he was under the influence of the Possession Shot, but the blades on that one broke and was replaced. However, in the Future during the battle with Glo Xinia, he remembers the moment that Mukuro stabbed his Rain Owl, letting him possess it, which means that he had that blade somehow. Chrome uses Mukuro's trident as well. The trident does the same thing that Mukuro's does and can fit into a small bag by retracting the poles of the trident and the handle. Since Chrome met Mukuro and his illusions are keeping her alive, they are bound together by their tridents. If hers or Mukuro's trident breaks, Chrome's illusionary organs would fail; however, the trident can be reconstructed.

Ability: Those glared by this Hell Ring will have their body paralyzed and lose the ability to think. In addition, it is a savage, carnivorous ring and the iron claw that grows from it can consume a body with the size of an elephant in just a minute. There are various theories about the owner of the eye in the center of the ring, but the most prominent tells about an adventurer that never blinked ever since he was born, and who gouged his own eye out on his deathbed so as to continue gazing at the world.

Possession Bullet: When shot with this bullet, Mukuro is able to possess and control the body of anyone that he has cut with his Trident. He can possess several bodies simultaneously, and is still able to access the Six Realms, granting him the ability to use a different skill for each body.
Vongola Mist Ring: Won during the Mist Ring Battle. As part of the Tri-ni-set it is classified as S-rank. Mukuro shares the Ring with Chrome, with Chrome usually wearing it when he is in jail.
Cambio Forma: Daemon Spade's Devil Lens: The Vongola Mist Owl transforms into a set of three Lens. These Lens enable Mukuro to scan a target and see its identity and weakness. It was also said that the First Mist Guardian had a similar Weapon that could curse anyone he glared at.
Hell Rings: Mukuro has two Hell Rings. One is a Vine Covered Orb Shaped Ring. The other one is the Evil Eye Hell Ring. He can use the Eye Shaped Ring to generate a blast of Mist Flames in the form of eyes and tentacles. (For more info go to: http://reborn.wikia.com/wiki/Hell_Rings )

Mukuro was feeling rather content after school, It was not something he was use to for sure but he would adapt, he always adapted and even if he couldn't, he would just use his illusions to get the grades he wanted. Earlier that morning he had received a message that there was a family meeting being held at Tsuna's house and that it was of some importance. Mukuro wasted no time, He waited after school for Chrome, she stayed a few minutes after getting some help on math, what bothered him was that she was always shy with people for the most part other than himself and figured she would ask him for help instead, saving him the time of waiting after school. Mukuro stood at the school gates wearing his usual School cloths that he actually enjoyed wearing, one eye a beautiful blue color and the other a vibrant red, his hair was worn in its usual manner, he didn't care of people though it looked like a pineapple he like it that way and thats how it will stay. His trident rest at his side, he didn't like to part with it normally because it was very important to him, he had possession of it since he was a young child so some could say it was more like a memory or a reminder and to Chrome it was a keepsake and something Mukuro had given her to keep contact with him, The trident use to be her lifeline basically.
Little did Mukuro know, Tsuna and the others had been planning a birthday part for Mukuro whether he liked it or not, he knew that it was his birthday but he wasn't aware any of the others knew except for maybe Chrome but he couldn't see any reason she would have for disclosing that information to anyone. Chromes real job was to keep Mukuro away from Tsuna's house for as long as possible after school so that they may set up for the part. Mukuro stood at the school gates getting a bit impatient, he started to tap his foot and watch a few birds fly by, moments later Chrome came running out of the school with her backpack slung over one shoulder, her amrs waving wildly in the air at him as she called out, "Mukuro-sama!" Mukuro smirked and laughed his signature laugh, "Kufufufu, Lets go Chrome-chan." He said before his face returned to its normal blankness and he turned to walk to Tsuna's house. It was a short silent walk back to Tsuna's house from school, Mukuro knocked three times but no one answered, he looked in through a window on the side of the door and all the lights were off, Chrome just reached for the doorknob and opened it anyway because she knew what was going on. She let the door creak open then she ran off into the kitchen quickly getting into place, Mukuro gave her a weird look as she scurried off into the house, he took his time and walked in. Upon turning the corner to the kitchen the lights were switched on revealing everyone in party attire, they all jumped out and yelled "SURPRISE!" as soon as the lights came on. Mukuro was not surprised, it took a lot to get him to jump however, instead of being rude he just laughed trying to act friendly but he though he would play a prank of his own. He made his way over to Tsuna and got real close and whispered to him so that no one else could hear him, "So Tsunayoshi, are you prepared to let me take over your mind now?" He said with a hint of dangerous intent, This sent chills down Tsuna's back as he moved away a bit, Mukuro just laughed his signature laugh "Kufufufufufufufufufufufufu" and blew out his candles.
