Character Creation: Neo

Name: Akito and Agito (the twin Rain pistols)

Ability: The outer shell of each of the guns, is the 2010 model .357 magnum revolver. The gun itself uses no bullets at all instead it shoots compressed rain flames that can stun the area they hit for a short amount of time due to the "Tranquility" trait of rain flames. (See techniques later for details) Other than the use of shooting compressed rain flames these guns can also be used like bladed tonfa, as the barrel of the gun can be reinforced with rain flames to create a bladed edge to these pistols.

Nero was born on 31st of december 1992 due to his families tradition the first born child must always be a male otherwise the child shall be sent out for adoption and the mother shall be put to death, fun tradition really but with the whole put to death thing did not really matter due to her dying in child birth. Never the less the Rovescio family were a mafia family under the Vongola's grand influence so it was by the age of three before he had even started school he knew about the dark side of this lovely world of ours. Due to his families wealth he had the finest education money could buy and then some as those who taught him feared death if all did not go well. Nero knew about that as well he figured that what he was living was a lie and when he became an adult he would have to descend into an eternal life of servitude to another family.

By the time he was 11 he knew what he had to do so he open confronted his family about everything really. They were kind enough to let him finish speaking before his own father punched him in the stomach breaking at least two of his ribs. As Nero fell to the floor he was congratulated for learning about it on his own, but Nero was insignificant and so his father then revealed four ten year old boys who he then revealed were his sons and that Nero was to be cast out due to his sheer stupidity of trying to tamper with the way his family works.

Thus Nero became an outcast sent out into the world to fend for himself and only at the age of 11 his family thought he would be dead within a week, but Nero discarded any thoughts like that even discarding his own name giving himself a new one Neo.

Over the next few years a lot of thing had happened so it is kind of hard to keep track. Growing up was hard in fact Neo did a lot of thing he was not proud of he killed diplomats, protected others and when the time was right cut of all the loose ends, enter a war zone then leave a ghost town and all sorts of other things. One time that made the most impact was when he was sent to protect a british diplomat by the name of Austin Felt. He seemed shocked to see the help that he had hired was an eleven year old boy. He then asked the boy "where is your master, i heard that i would be receiving a professional hit-man." Neo turned towards him his eyes a crystal doorway into his soul. Then after a few minutes replying "Two minutes.......", the diplomat was confused he asked "two minutes till what?". Neo could here the gunshots from the first floor these people were not leaving any witnesses. He then pulled two pistols from out of his shirt, as he then hid behind the door. Neo then said to this man who he cold honestly not give a shit about. "Duck behind your table you have 10 seconds left...." Then 13 seconds later the door was blown apart by a hail of machine gun rounds. The diplomat asked them to stop and that he would surrender, he was then treated to the same punishment that the door received. As the soldier began to make there retreat neo then walked into the middle of the doorway and began to fire rounds at the belts of the soldier until he blew of the pin of a grenade after hearing the pin go off he turned back to where he was before the entire hallway basically got a crimson red paint job.

As he walked into the lobby he saw a little girl tugging at a security guards corpse crying. "Daddy wake up daddy its me amy i came to see you at work today......... please wake up daddy" Neo the walked up to the girl to try and console her. As he approached she tackled him to the floor knocking both guns out of his hands. "you killed my daddy you had to you are the only one else aren't you!" she then grabs a hand taser off of the floor as she then sets it at Neo's arm. Neo screams in pain as he struggles to break free. As she can see that he is pain she begins to hysterically laugh. "can you see daddy i am taking revenge for you" Neo then kicks her away as he inches ever closer to her. He had lost all motor function in his right arm. as appears next to her he smiles "Amy good girls should stay in school and grow up big and strong, remember that okay" he says as he pushes her head into the floor knocking her out cold.

Neo moved to japan somewhere he had never been before he heard of the 10th Vongola, and the mysteries surrounding him. Neo wandered around tokyo for a few days seeing which place is better of for him when he came upon a stranger. His mere presence made Neo nauseous. The man looked at him like he was superior. Neo needed to find out as he then looked at his hand and saw a ring that brought back the faint memory of his father so out of the blue. "So tell me are you just another servant?" The man staggered back saying "listen kid you look like a foreigner so i will give you one chance to apologize". Neo thought there was a misunderstanding so he tried to clarify "no sir you are a boss right." This actually got a reaction "tell me do you know want to die boy?". Neo became excited this man reminded him of his father so he merely smiled as two pistols slipped out of his sleeves unto his hands "No sir i will never die to some slave to the vongola". This man laughed as he pulled a Red box out of his pocket. "Alright show me what you got!"

Neo was confused, but it seemed as though this guy was confident. Then Neo wondered what would happen if he put that ring with a red gem. "Imagine your determination as a flame boy and you get a dying will flame the power source of a BOX WEAPON!" the man explained. A red storm flame lit up as he pushed the ring into the hole the he then pointed the box forward releasing eight red flame covered beetles. "This is my Cervo Volante Tempesta bel Otto " These bugs charged at Neo swooping in different directions, Neo shot six bullets at the man though the bugs dashed right though them disintegrating them into ash. "What the hell that is impossible those bullet were vaporized but how?

The man just laughed as his beetles sliced at Neo breaking one of his pistols and cutting his face. Neo could only smile all those battles up till now had prepared him for the new world he was stepping into and he was not going to stop there it was far to early for that. Neo then charged though the mass as if he did not care what would happen the beetles formation was disrupted as Neo grabbed this mans collar "Neat trick but here is the thing it will take a lot more than tricks to kill me.", After saying this neo ducked as the beetles then charged into their own master they then went into a frenzy. Neo began to laugh as he pointed his gun at his opponents face "So long, Mr Slave!" Neo pulled the trigger five times the first two bullets were shredded then next three tore his skull open. His laughter continued as a second voice joined the chorus
then Neo stopped as he turned around he saw a man before him.

Neo felt so elated after killing that guy from before he was not fazed by the presence of this guy until he saw an orange ring on that mans hand. The man then spoke "So you survived your first battle against a box weapon even though you do not even have a ring ho interesting..." Neo immediately countered with "So are you with him?" by him he was referring to the dead storm flame user. This man smiled "No i am from a group known as the Kasai family we are unaffiliated with the Vongola you can be sure of that." Neo backed up "Kasai family huh so what do you want from a guy like me?". The Man revealed a huge scythe and pointed it at Neo "fight me no dying will flames no box weapons going back to basics.". Neo sighed "Fine then lets go". Time passes by Neo can barely breathe and this man was barely scratched yet he then extended his hand out. "Join me, be my rain guardian!" Neo then grasps Kasai's hand "Yeah sure why not!"
(The Kasai man i mentioned in the history is makai as i had permission to do so.)

Neo felt so elated after killing that guy from before he was not fazed by the presence of this guy until he saw an orange ring on that mans hand. The man then spoke "So you survived your first battle against a box weapon even though you do not even have a ring how interesting..." Neo immediately countered with "So are you with him?" by him he was referring to the dead storm flame user. This man smiled "No i am from a group known as the Kasai family we are unaffiliated with the Vongola you can be sure of that." Neo backed up "Kasai family huh so what do you want from a guy like me?". The Man revealed a huge scythe and pointed it at Neo "fight me!!". Neo sighed "Fine then lets go" as he reloaded his gun he moved his hand in a motion to represent come and get me. The Kasai man replied by slicing into Neo shoulder Neo rewards him socking him in the jaw. Kasai kicked him back then let his scythe run through his shoulder.

Neo fires a few shots to get him to back off as his opponent ducks down a sweep his scythe at Neo's legs. Neo dodges by jumping over like a jump rope and proceeds to pistol whip Kasai knocking him down, then responding by slicing upward Neo's chest tearing his clothing. Neo jumps backwards barely getting away he fires off his last remaining bullets hoping to get a hit but Kasai is far too evasive to get caught like that. Neo then charges in using his pistol like a tonfa to hold back the scythe as he punches Kasai in the face, who then grabs Neo's arm and throws him into a wall.

Everything was looking grim Neo could barely touch this guy and at anytime he could use one of those box weapons. Then it started to rain so Neo got up with a smile and slowly walked towards kasai Neo then cast away his other pistol and began to rapidly punch at Sakai who was dodging them easily enough but he could not make any moves of his own which was very frustrating for him. Finally Neo got a few hits in thinking he finally did some damage but it was to no avail. As kasai discarded his scythe and began to mercilessly pummel Neo into a wall. By this point Neo was beyond exhaustion this guy was way too much for him, but in a way he did not care he was having the time of his life.

The man ring then lit up with a massive orange blaze as fear began to swell up in Neo's heart he knew what was going to happen next a box weapon. Kasai pulled out an orange box and inserted the massive flame releasing what can only be described as a prehistoric nightmare. "Kasai Tyrannosaurus di cielo" was all he said as it said as the massive dinosaur released a beam of sky flames which basically finished the job. Neo was down he could barely move it was over he had lost. in the end as Neo started to lose consciousness kasai held his hand out and offered the position as his rain guardian to Neo who wanting more of this kind of lifestyle accepted it.(leaving this here i know it is invalid in a sense but it is the best example i could give as i have not done this in a little while!)

Makai stood in the fields looking around with a bored expression on his features. His cold eyes scanned the area as his pitch black hair fluttered into the air as it reached down around his mid back held up in a ponytail. A large scythe attached to his back. A chain seemed to be slipped under his shirt and was wrapped around his chest. He slowly reached up grabbing the massive scythe with ease giving a blank expression as he stared at those that stood before him. Ten Kiri Anbu stood across from him each drawing there swords. The Kasai drew his scythe his chain flying up into the air and spiralling around his arm while the rest struck the ground.

Makai slowly slipped into a stance holding his scythe with his right hand. His left hand raised towards his enemy wind chakra spiralling around it. Makai erupted into black rose petals as he casted his illusion.T he petals spiralled around the anbu. Makai appeared in front of them deliverig a powerful wind chakra enhanced hit to his opponents chest right over there heart. BLood splattered everywhere as a blade made of wind was piercing through there body. The tips of Makai's fingers in there chest as the blade of wind went right through there heart.

Makai swung his massive scythe slicing the Anbu in half. Makai threw his scythe into the air and grabbed it by the chain. he started to spin it, "COme on trash come and die at my hands. Pathetic Weaklings!" he pulled five senbon from his holster and channeled wind chakra into them. he tossed them at five Anbu. The anbu leapt out of the way but one got hit the senbon going right through his head killing them. Makai laughed, 'This is pathetic come on your Anbu!"

Makai vanished into the shadows. Pythons shot from the shadows flying to the anbu. The anbu swung there swords cutting the snakes in half. One shot forward grabbing an anbu with a raven mask. it dug its fangs into his neck. The Anbu screamed as the snake vanished revealing a kunai. he fell over dead. Makai's scythe flew through the air slicing another Anbu's head off leading six left. Makai stayed hidden in a genjutsu making them continue to guess where he was.

Five Kage bunshins formed around him. They spread off hunting the Anbu from the shadows. Screams filled the air as MAkai and his clones struck. Their giant scythes tearing into the anbu completely decimating them. There bodies were shredded as the scythes ran right through them spraying blood everywhere. makai flicked the blood off his scythe and threw it onto his back. His clones got to work cleaning the mess up and placing the bodies in boxes and shipping them off to kiri with a message attached "Like i said nothing but weaklings. Next time send someone that at least proves a challenge'

Makai turned and started to walk off. His back to his clones as they took the boxes and left for Kiri to leave them at the front gate. Makai gave a cruel laugh. he jumped to a branch and leapt away heading towards the boarder to the land of wind heading towards Suna. maybe there he'd have a better challenge someone that actually stands a chance against him the rest were all just trash.

Abilities: The Kasai Tyrannosaurus di Cielo is capable of firing large twin bursts of sky flames from the cannons on its back. The giant dinosaur is the biggest of all the dinosaur boxes and the strongest. It is capable of releasing beams of sky flames from its mouth. When it roars it releases waves of sky flames to turn those that are caught in its roar to stone
Appearance: The Kasai Tyrannosaurus di cielo takes the form of a giant orange Tyrannosaurus rex. Sky flames will be erupted from its shoulder blades. its eyes are orange as well. spikes running down its back and tail. sky flames covering its legs and arms. On its back will be armour covering up to its armours. The armour is red on on the back of the armour is a large pair of fixed cannons. The Tyrannosaurus is capable of leaning over and aiming its cannons releasing large bursts of sky flames.
